A Application Support Analyst - SQL, Networking 2nd Line Application Support Engineer is required to join an industry leading software house in Nottingham. You will form part of a team that supports both internal and external clients on a range of issues. You will act as the escalation point for any issue that is triggered by the 1st line engineers. You will be supporting customers on the company's range of software products. As well as that, you will provide internal support for internal fixes and trouble shooting. Working closely with the 3rd line members of the team, you will correctly diagnose and fix any problems to ensure they are dealt with as efficiently as possible. 2nd Line Application Support Engineer Requirements
