On Site Massage Co was founded in 2003 and provides wellbeing services within the corporate sector and at events across the UK. These services include massage, manicures and complementary therapy treatments alongside wellbeing workshops and seminars. We have a team of over 200 freelance practitioners and 4 remote office based staff. Our clients range from small start-ups to big multinationals and we work with companies across many industries to improve the wellbeing of their workforce.
 
We are now growing as a company and looking to build our team within sales and operations.  We are currently seeking a confident, motivated and enthusiastic person to join us full-time as Sales & Operations Support, based in Norwich.

Job Requirements:

The role will entail:
  • Handling inbound calls and enquiries, and driving & closing sales
  • Processing bookings
  • Sending client quotes
  • Updating CRM system and keeping clear records of enquiries and quotes sent
  • Communicating and following up with customers by email and phone
  • Contacting clients after a booking for feedback
This is a busy and rewarding role within a growing business. With this in mind, it is important to us that candidates bring to the role the following skills, experience and qualities: 
  • A keen interest in health and wellbeing
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience of working with web applications and CRM systems
  • Experience gained within a sales role – evidence of any training or qualifications would be a particular advantage, as would experience of handling corporate clients
  • Outstanding customer service orientation
  • Efficient administrative and self-organisation skills
  • Confident and effective communication skills – in person, in writing and over the phone
  • Minimum educational qualifications – English and Maths GCSE Grade C
  • A flexible and adaptable approach
 
In return, we are offering a competitive salary of £20,000 pa and the potential for future promotion into a commission-earning role within our fast growing team.
