Berry Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Care Associate for a luxury brand.
You will be responsible for the delivery of Customer Care focusing on Customer Contact and order processing. You will need to provide a high level of service when carrying out any duties relating to the Customer Service of our external and internal Customers.
Key Responsibilities include:
-Process and complete any tasks related to Customer contact, speaking with Customer on the Telephone, by email or by live chat
-Maintain the brands reputation for excellent Customer Service both internally and externally
-Assist Customers with placing online orders, tracking orders, general order queries or any other question.
-To be responsible for checking and releasing orders that have been flagged as potential fraud.
-Following up on any Customer Communication that is requested from other areas.
-Assisting our retail team with Customer Queries passed to Head Office.
You will need to be able to travel to the Holkham Studios location therefore a car is a necessity.
