Lead Generation Manager

Resolve Recruitment are working with a key player within the telecoms sector. They offer businesses a mass range of telecoms solutions for businesses throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they seek a Lead Generation manager to work alongside the sales team

The role;

* Core responsibility to achieve target for number of new appointments each month
* Ensure all calls are routed and recorded according to business processes and requirements
* Record notes of customer calls via the company's customer base management system (Synergy)
* Updating of Synergy (CRM) customer notes/tasks when required
* Support customer order provisioning & associated administrational requirements
* Re-contact prospective meetings to ensure quality of service
* Initiate 'over the phone' sales when appropriate
* Create new market opportunities in line with Management Team requirements

The person;

* Able to communicate highly effectively via telephone, e-mail and face to face meetings Astute and commercially aware
* Ideal background would be within a tele-sales environment; experience of the telecoms and communications Industry in general would be an advantage.
* A career minded individual who is confident and willing to learn
* The role would a graduate with sales or lead generation experience
* Resilient, money hungry and driven
* Must demonstrate the ability to prioritise own activities with strong focus of self-organisational skills and high-level of work ethics.

The rewards;

* A highly competitive basic salary of up to £18,500
* OTE up to £15,000
