My client is looking for an Office Administrator to work with and support MD, GM & H&S Manager, this is a broad ranging job that will encompass all office and transport administration. Key duties to include but not limited to:
What you'll need to succeed
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
- All office administration
- Post in and post out
- Updating training matrix and ensuring training and certificates are up to date
- Maintaining vehicle records including: MOTs and Insurance policies
- Monitoring and updating fuel usage
- Ordering stationary
- Assisting with insurance claims paperwork
To be successful in this job you will require a minimum of 2 years previous office administration experience, have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite, (Sage 50 would be an advantage), you will need to be highly organised; have the ability to manage you own workloads and work on your own initiative. This job would suit a flexible and well rounded administrator who is happy working in a small office and is used to covering all aspects of administration within an office environment.What you'll get in return
