Your new role
This is an opportunity to work with a practice who are looking for a graduate or trainee, residential surveyor, who will assist with red book valuations, site and scheme appraisals, existing use valuations, layout, specification & finish recommendations. You will initially assist and shadow an FRICS surveyor, learning how to work independently, and work towards your APC to become a fully chartered surveyor.
What you'll need to succeed
Those who currently have RICS accreditation, and can start working through their APC will be in an ideal position to jump straight in, however those who lack qualifications, but possibly have previous experience, or a real passion for the industry will still be considered. You will need to show a clear passion and drive to help develop the business's already well established client basis. You will also need a UK driving license, as you'll occasionally be visiting sites, and properties.

In return, you'll receive training through an FRICS surveyor, a generous salary of up to £24000, 4% pension which will go up every year, 30 days annual leave (not including bank holidays) a beautiful set of offices to work in, near Bury St Edmunds.
