Job Title: Account Coordinator
Salary: £21,000 circa
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Hours: Mon to Fri - 8am to 5pm - 1 week in 4 remote working Saturday 8am to 5pm and Sunday 9am to 4pm
Weekend work: £200 extra
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full time Account Coordinator for a manufacturing company located in Haverhill.
Do you have customer service experience in a call centre environment?
Are you well organised and happy to work remotely 1 in 4 weekends?
As Account Coordinator you will be responsible for: -
* Providing first level support for all software queries/issues
* Acknowledging and logging calls, identifying any that require further support
* Ensuring all administration and reports are regularly maintained
* Assisting engineers to ensure any issues are solved.
An ideal candidate for the Account Coordinator must: -
* Be well organised
* Have customer service experience
* Be able to prioritise with good attention to detail
