SALES REPORTING EXECTUTIVE
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the reporting of the performance of the Commercial team, the distribution to include the Commercial Director, Head of Sales, Head of Sales Operations and respective Business Development Managers.
This position provides a platform to further your career within the Commercial team either within the Operations or Sales team.
Manage and continuously update the Cars Commercial team with the performance of the business versus Budget, to include as a minimum retails, wholesales, pipeline management and order book.
End to end development of sales performance reports and dashboards.
Formulation of actionable recommendations to address performance shortfalls.
Engaging with key stakeholders on a regular basis both reporting on analytical findings and assessing their requirements.
Provide administrative support to the key stakeholders to ensure all information is available when holding dealer business meetings
Maintain a database to continuously update the Global dealer network and Sales division with sales performance, this will include recommendations to enhance the reporting processes on a continuous basis.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Commercial, business or operations background
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Macros)
• Analytical, Proactive, Adaptable with key attention to detail
