Telesales Executive
Praxis42 was founded in 2001. From foundation, we have become a leading UK provider of risk compliance expertise which we deliver through three distinct channels: eLearning, Consulting and Auditing. This role is in our eLearning Channel. You will call UK based organisations. We have thousands of clients such as Kurt Geiger, Red Bull, ITV, Burberry…and we want thousands more!
Using online training optimises compliance whilst saving time and money. eLearning allows users the freedom to complete training at a time and place to suit them. Accurate, real-time reporting automatically captures who has done what, where and when.
We are now looking for motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to help with the continuing expansion of our client base, by booking appointments with our corporate targets.
You need to be outgoing, confident, persistent and ambitious. You will work in our Head Office near Ipswich, Suffolk, with an experienced and highly successful sales team, and full training will be given, both in appointment generation and the Compliance industry to ensure your development and help you to forge a career with Praxis42.
Key Responsibilities
* Booking appointments with Corporate organisations via cold calling from provided data, recommendation, social media, target job titles or networks
* Ensuring that all customer information and transactions are detailed on the Praxis42 CRM
* Ensuring a complete understanding and awareness of Praxis42 products and services
* Join daily meetings of the Sales Team
* Attending occasional meetings for training and Team development
* Consistently achieving monthly targets

* Have the tenacity and target driven attitude of a sales person
* Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport
* Ability to work in a team and support each other
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
