Customer Service Executive, Near Stowmarket

£17,000 - £18,000 per annum

Our Established client, with offices located across the UK, provide a range of services to large organisations and smaller businesses alike. As part of their continued growth, they are recruiting for Customer Service Executives for their offices based near to Stowmarket. This role is being recruited on a temp to perm basis, so you must be immediately available for consideration.

We are looking for confident, self motivated individuals, who enjoy working as part of a team, to provide a consistently high level of customer service. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and there is free on-site parking.

Daily responsibilities to involve:

Answering inbound customer calls
Taking and inputting information onto in-house system
Responding to client email enquiries
Liaising with other departments, gaining information and providing daily/weekly updates to clients
Dealing with Insurers and other external third parties
Providing information for management
General administration to support the department function
Working to deadlines and in accordance with company processes
Helping to train new starters

This role requires an immediate start and due to the location of the offices, your own transport would be an advantage. The successful candidates will have proven customer service experience, a professional telephone manner and effective communication skills, both written and spoken, along with an excellent eye for detail.
