A fantastic opportunity has come up, for an aspiring Internal Sales Manager/Account Manager, to join a fast moving dynamic organisation.
The Internal Sales Manager is responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers, your prime objective is to generate sales and increase customers spend. Working in conjunction with the Area Sales Managers you will maintain regular communication with new customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and in turn repeat business. The Internal Sales Manager must have enthusiasm, initiative, be a good team player and be able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
The key duties:
•Plan in advance a daily, weekly and monthly call out diary to customers
•Liaise with the Area Sales Managers to set up exclusive meetings with new customers
•Working with Area Sales Manager to ensure customer coverage, holiday or unexpected absence cover
•Producing reports recognising areas of improvement
•Contributing to promotional ideas and actively creating emails to attract customers
•Maintaining client database
