An exciting opportunity has become available in a corporate food manufacturing company for an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer based in Norfolk
As the Maintenance Engineer you will be carrying out reactive and preventative maintenance in a food manufacturing and packaging environment.
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will ideally have experience of working within a FMCG environment and be responsible for:
Electrical and mechanical maintenance on production machinery
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Driving and implementing continuous improvement activates across the production site.
Pneumatic and Hydraulic knowledge beneficial.
The successful Maintenance Engineer will have completed an Engineering Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering and must come from a production or manufacturing environment e.g Distribution, Food, FMCG, Automotive or similar.
This Position will suit a Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Electrical Engineer, Electrical Technician, Service Engineer or Service Technician looking to join a market leader in the Food industry where they can grow and develop their skills..
The successful Maintenance Engineer will be electrically bias with good mechanical skills and knowledge.
The ideal Maintenance Engineer will be apprentice trained or qualified to ONC/HNC level or higher.
Coming from a food manufacturing background would be an advantage but other industries will be considered.
Shifts - 4 on 4 off Days & Nights
Salary - £38,000 per annum (including shift allowance)
