THE ROLE - Teacher of Psychology
Strategy Education are recruiting on behalf of this high-achieving and well organised Secondary School to appoint a devoted and focused Psychology Specialist who has the drive and ambition to consistently deliver 'Outstanding' lessons to KS3, KS4 and KS5.
My client is looking for a dedicated teacher who is looking to improve through my client's tailored professional development programme. You will have the opportunities for promotion, supported by a performance management system that rewards excellence and have access to national ground-breaking Psychology CPD.
The essential qualities for the teacher of Psychology include a qualified and effective classroom practitioner with experience of teaching Psychology to KS3, KS4 and potentially KS5. A commitment to, and a passion for, the teaching and leading of Psychology, ability to develop your own pedagogy and that of others.
Teacher
Ideally - the successful Teacher will be a holder of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning Skills Status (QTLS). You will be a Teacher with a clear passion for your subject area and a hard-working, dedicated and ambitious nature.
The role will commence January 2019. Our client school are looking to appoint an Outstanding teacher with a track record of raising attainment levels and who can share in the school's desire to secure an 'Outstanding' grading at their next Ofsted inspection.
