Job Description:

I am actively seeking an experienced Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager to join an established domiciliary care service in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity that offers a career progression opportunity into Management - this position will enable you to fast track into a Deputy Managers position within 6 months!

This home care provider, currently delivers high quality care to people with a range of needs in their own homes. The service is currently rated "Good" with CQC.

This is a business that is a part of a multinational healthcare organisation that has been open for over 2 years, with an full office team that consists of Management, Admin Staff and the business owner, this office has been recently kitted out with all of the modern training facilities and training rooms with a modern fit out, simply meaning that this is a great office to work within with an amazing friendly team to work with.

I am looking for applications from Care Coordinators who have a significant background within the domiciliary care sector, who will be able to demonstrate excellent - rota/scheduling, domiciliary care policies and procedures and territory knowledge. You will possess comprehensive CQC knowledge and be competent in working as part of a team.

Requirements -

* Preferred Qualification of NVQ/QCF 3 or be working towards Level 3 ( will accept Level 2 )

* The desire to deliver quality care

* Full driving licence

* Excellent customer and interpersonal skills

* Good command of the English language both verbal and written

* Experience in a similar role
