Job Description:

We have an amazing Customer Service opportunity with one of Norfolk's leading contractors in their very well-respected Customer Care Department. This is a vital department in the business which is responsible reacts to client and customer issues and complaints, providing a successful conclusion for all parties. The team is personable, hard-working and dynamic, and is one of the smaller teams in the business yet one of the most important. This role is fast paced, dealing with a high volume of complex calls and dealing with them in an efficient and timely manner and undertaking all administrative duties. They are looking for someone who has a very heavy proven background in customer complaints, strong administration and organisation skills and the ability to negotiate and handle different and difficult conflicts. Due to the difficult nature of the enquiries, you will need a thick skin and be able to distant yourself from the complaints whilst being a good team player and keeping the team's morale high. Background in a regulated environment would be beneficial as some of their customers follow FCA guidelines. You must have previous experience of working in a customer focused environment and be a good problem solver. You will need to have good computer skills and the knowledge to use software such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Word. You must have strong resilience and be able to work under pressure and resolve the complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. Monday to Friday (standard working hours) 37.5 hours a week
