They would need to be computer literate and be able to log jobs on a bespoke system, full training would be given. This system holds all the details of the job, they would need to be able to log the job and deploy to an engineer, add notes onto the jobs and close the job once the work is completed. Engineers call in for history on jobs and require a large amount of support. Notes are added to jobs from the engineers and this person would need to be able coordinate the engineer from site to site, keeping then engineers busy working. Ordering materials for engineers and tracking all the jobs and speaking to clients for access. On completion of a job doing job cost reports and preparing the paperwork ready for invoicing.
