Service Desk Analyst - Permanent - Suffolk - up to £23,000

I am currently working with a well established services company who are looking for a Service desk analyst to support the business continued growth.
Your new role
In your new role you will be the first point of contact for escalations within the service desk team providing comprehensive phone support for the resolution of users incidents and problems while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Your duties will also include but will not be limited to lasing with 3rd party vendors where required, provide cover to the other business services staff as required and identify and take part in initiates to improve the quality and effectiveness of the IT operational service.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role your previous experience in a help desk environment and providing a high level of customer service with a passion for IT and continued growth as an IT professional will all lead to your success in this role.
Having previous experience with technologies such as Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft-based operating systems and troubleshooting also having a professional qualification such as ITIL, MCSA will all be beneficial in this role.
