Job Description:

Office Administrator - Full Time - Permanent - £21,000-£22,000 per annum We are seeking an Office Administrator to perform general administrative duties for our client based in Riddlesworth. The hours of work are 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday with a flexible approach to start and end times. Main duties include:
  • Performing annual reviews for schedulers
  • Organising internal training
  • Invoicing
  • Credit control
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with technicians
  • Office organisation, filing, etc
  • Answering phones
  • Diary management
Key requirements include:
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A professional telephone manner
  • IT literate
  • Quickbooks or Zero experience (not essential)
  • Accounts experience
