This is a newly created position within the eCommerce Insight team to provide audience-led marketing campaign analysis for the online marketing team, so there are many exciting opportunities here!
The key purpose of this role is to analyse marketing campaign effectiveness and return on investment along with producing campaign reports and insight. Therefore, you will work closely with the audience-led campaign marketing team and the commercial team to plan, review and understand the campaign objectives and performances, and also provide valuable recommendations to achieve their goals and targets.
•Support the marketing team to identify suitable audiences and understand the effectiveness of targeted audiences for each campaign via either on-site direct data or third party's data, also
•Work closely with business partners including the marketing team, the commercial team and suppliers to define campaign strategy, objectives and targets.
•Recommend suitable campaign KPIs and measurements to evaluate the success of campaigns.
•Engage with suppliers to scope campaign targets and present campaign performance and analysis.
•Engage with the internal CRM and consumer insight team and external advertising agency to define relevant customer metrics and KPIs for campaigns.
•Monitor campaign effectiveness and build dashboards covering KPIs to understand the performance of audience-led campaigns such as ROAS, clicks, cost per clicks…etc across multiple marketing channels.
•Provide regular reports to internal and external business partners to monitor campaign KPIs against targets, and make recommendations for changes in campaigns where appropriate.
•Provide insight analysis on customer journey and website behaviours from digital marketing channels.
•Digital marketing experience or knowledge such as paid search, SEO, affiliates, display, social, email and audience segmentation.
•Excellent in Excel; experience in Big Data, R, SQL and Python would be an advantage.
•Desirable skills: Experience or knowledge of web analytics, digital marketing management system or data platform management system e.g. Adobe Analytics, Salesforce data management platform (DMP)
•Excellent numerical and analytical skills and able to work with multiple data sources to analyse complex problems, identify cause and effect and to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
