Job Description:

The ideal candidate willeffectively manage all administrative aspects of the Retail Design Group process, ensuring that all changes to the format benchmarks have been guided through arobust approval process. you willassume accountability for the up keep, publication and communication of all Format Governance standards and to champion their use across the business.
In addition to supporting the Format Governance Manager in the ongoing development and facilitation of the format governance framework for the UK & Ireland, retail & Non-retail estate. you will undertake and manage the end to end delivery of relevant format related projects. as well as supporting the day to day tasks associated with the efficient running of the business's Merchandising Centre.

You will:

•Manage the day to day administration of the Retail Design Group process
•Facilitate and track benchmark changes to Format through the RDG Process
•Work closely with the Format Governance Manager to ensure that all projects follow the standard internal governance process and maintain agreed formats.
•Maintain the Format Benchmark libraries, along with all related documents, frame works and tools
•Facilitate the application of new or revised standards into the format benchmarks.
•Assist with all aspects of format governance and development.
•Delivery of Format related projects within the business
•Provide day to day workload support within the Merchandising centre
You will need:

•Minimum of 3 years retail experience
•Experience with retail fixtures / store formats
•Previous project management or project co-ordination experience. Desirable:

•Knowledge of space planning / space insight / commercial strategy.
•Retail Design Knowledge
