Job Description:

BARR Personnel is looking for Experienced Industrial Regional Manager or Industrial Consultant that wants the chance to become a Regional Industrial Manager for our Ipswich office. Basic Salary starts from £32,000-£55,000 O.T.E.

Due to business demand in Suffolk and as part of our ambitious growth plans, we now require a Divisional/Regional Manager or Senior Consultant that wants progress with BARR Personnel. The ideal candidate will have to have a positive and proactive approach and the ability to manage a successful team. You'll be based in our Ipswich town centre office to start off with and will manage your Account co-ordinator/Resourcer's.

This role will also involve business development as a recruitment consultant and the opportunity as you will engage with both the client market, but also manage, control and provide exceptional service to a large network of candidates.

You will be responsible for establishing new clients, and developing existing clients. Generate opportunities for candidates and provide guidance and support to clients on their hiring strategies.
Establish excellent customer relationships and making sure all our candidates have a great professional experience working with us.

This is an exciting and externally facing role; as it will be very financially rewarding it does demand a strong and industrious work ethic.

The ideal candidate will:

Have a good knowledge and awareness in Recruitment Industry
Have a successful track record of success in previous recruitment roles
Be a self-motivated / autonomous individual
Demonstrate recruitment consultancy and people management experience
Will be able to manage and build relationships with internal staff and clients
Have excellent communication , analytical, negotiation skills
Be confident in managing and leading a successful team
Ability to focus and prioritise and have strong self-motivation
Forthright, driven and you will definitely be a self starter and finisher.
Good academic track-record.
Excellent IT skills

A background in recruitment is desirable, but we will also consider applicants who can offer a strong background in management and sales.
