Job Description:

Some of the key responsibilities will be:

To be primary contact for Customers and Service Teams
To deal with all service requests, customer enquiries and complaints, keeping customers informed at all times
To ensure technical queries are dealt with promptly
To generate credits for approval
To process service engineers paperwork
To log all incoming service calls, customer complaints and other data.
To assist with any part of the Customer Care function as required
