Job Description:

My client based on the outskirts of Ipswich are looking for an Administrator to join their team to help support with an increase of workload into the HR Department. This is a really exciting opportunity to gain an excellent grounding in Administration processes and you will learn from an experienced team around you. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle new starters, internal changes and leavers
  • Assisting the Recruitment process from Interview to Induction
  • Managing the on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Effectively managing confidential data/issues
  • Organising and maintaining employee records using HR systems
  • Assisting with all HR administrative duties including writing letters, emails, scanning and filing
  • Managing ad hoc projects related to specific parts of the business
  • Working alongside another HR Administrator to provide an efficient and streamline HR service for the business
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in an HR Transactional role or relevant role
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, especially Excel)
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects
  • Discreet when working with sensitive and confidential information
  • Hard working, reliable, organised and efficient
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
