About the Role
The role has management responsibility for the development, delivery and continuous improvement of a portfolio of high-quality qualifications that meet ATHE’s strategic aims, customer needs and regulatory requirements. This is a high-profile management role which ensures an effective interface between customers’ qualification requirements and in-house / associate development, assuring compliance with a significant proportion of the Conditions of Recognition. The post-holder will demonstrate sound qualifications development and product management skills with experience of successfully applying these in appropriate educational contexts. With strong interpersonal and communication skills to interpret customer requirements and translate them into proposals for commissioning, the successful candidate will be collaborative and demonstrate effective people management skills in working with a network of associates.
