A privately owned house builder with a great reputation for quality are looking to recruit an Assistant/Trainee Site Manager to help manage a housing site in Watton,Norfolk
As an experienced Assistant Site Manager you will assist the Site Manager in running the housing development.
You will help being responsible for subcontract trades and labour and will help manage the whole project within a set build program.
You will help make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will assist in carrying out toolbox talks and maintaining records according to program.
You will help manage health and safety on site. This will involve help identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits.
You will assist in controlling and monitoring all resources including materials and subcontractors.
As a successful Assistant Site Manager you will help ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.
A family owned and run residential developer. They build quality houses for sale across Norfolk.
It is likely you will have previously worked as either an Assistant Site Manager, Finishing Foreman, Manager or Sub Agent in a similar house building environment. It is essential to have a CSCS Card and 1st Aid qualification, as well as a driving licence.
Strong leadership skills and sound knowledge of house building will be required to produce homes of a high quality whilst ensuring all Health and Safety aspects are adhered to.
