An expanding and evolving business based just 10 minutes outside Bury St Edmunds have a vacancy for an Internal Sales representative to join their dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be confident and enthusiastic, with experience of working in a sales environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for all customer queries
Positively engaging with customers over the phone and via email, to develop lasting relationships with both new and existing business
Providing customers with an in depth knowledge of all products and procedures
Providing customers with accurate stock information, lead times and prices
Identifying and maximising sales opportunities by cross selling and upselling to increase account spend
Helping with market analysis and targeting specific geographical areas to identify new leads
Ensuring company targets in respect to price (£) and gross margin (%) are achieved
Raising quotations and processing orders through Opera
Effectively communicating with a team of Field Sales Managers and other departments in the business Assisting with marketing and promotions
Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process
To be successful in your application you will have an outgoing and friendly personality, with excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
You will be efficient, flexible and be happy to muck in where needed with the rest of the team.
In return you will receive a performance based companywide bonus, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and free parking on site. This role is commutable from Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Mildenhall, Thetford and surrounding areas. Due to location, your own means of transport is essential.
