Customer Service Advisor

£7.83 - £8.35 per hour
Immediately available Customer Service Advisor required for our Bury St Edmunds based client. Working on a flexible basis, your shifts will vary between 20-35 hours per week and will include weekdays and weekends.
The role requires you to deal with customer enquiries via telephone and email. Working in a fast-paced office environment, you will find yourself surrounded by a supportive team, where extensive training will be given. Daily duties will include:
Taking incoming calls, answering questions about promotions
Taking card payments
Accurate data entry
Emailing confirmations to customers
The successful candidate will have confident communication skills and an excellent eye for detail. Some customer service experience, from a retail or hospitality setting would be an advantage, but is not necessary as full training will be given.
