We are looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our Residential Care branch in Newmarket, Suffolk. You will begin your rewarding career in the Recruitment industry by actively contributing to the recruitment service of the existing branch.

The role will involve selected general administrative duties as well as recruitment responsibilities including registering and referencing job applicants, conducting pre-screening potential candidates, meeting and greeting candidates to the office and ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently. You will also liaise with candidates regarding availability to work and update electronic records accordingly, ensure maximum exposure of vacancies is achieved via online job sites, newspaper adverts, window displays and local Job Centre and proactively market interviewed candidate CVs to identified prospects.
The successful candidate will be a tenacious and personable individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong IT skills (Word, Excel and Outlook essential). A strong academic record is desirable, with a minimum grade C achieved for GCSE English and Mathematics.
