Group Sales Coordinator

Location: Hopton On Sea

Hours:
 The hours for this position would be working 38.5 hours per week, and will include working on either a Saturday or Sunday on a rota basis.

Open 365 days a year and located on the east coast close to the busy holiday destination of Great Yarmouth, Potters Resort prides itself on being the first Holiday Resort in the industry to be awarded a 5 star rating, an accolade which we have now held consistently for 16 years!

About the role:

 We are currently recruiting for a Group Sales Co-ordinator to join our busy Group Sales Team.  The three main key areas of the role include handling reservations for Organisers together with all administration, developing new group business and providing excellent Customer Service.  This exciting role co-ordinates arrival information with fellow team members and Resort Departments, welcoming Groups to the Resort, attending trade exhibitions and Resort Welcome Receptions.

Job Requirements:

About You - Key skills and experience:
  • Excellent organisational skills are a priority to this role alongside:
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to our clients and guests, both on the telephone and face to face
  • Experience of a sales and/or travel background would be advantageous
  • Strong IT skills and a good command of the English Language
  • Ability to work within a dedicated team
  • Highly motivated and sales driven
  • Positive thinking with a desire to meet targets
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
