Our client is a successful and respected independent estate agency with several offices in the local area. They are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join their successful team, knowledge of the area/ market will be desirable. Duties will include:
The successful Branch Manager will:
- Manage the day to day running of the office
- Maximising income & profit
- Manage & develop the team to fulfil their potential
- Sales progressing
- Winning new instructions
- Sourcing new business opportunities
- Ensuring the office is compliant with company policies
- Have a minimum of 2 years Office Manager experience within Estate Agency
- Have a proven track record of setting office & individual targets
- Be a results driven individual
- Be able to maintain an excellent customer experience
- Have a strong work ethic
- Hold a UK driving licence
- Have a desire to build a long career with the company!
In return our client can offer a basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 with realistic on target earnings £40,000 - £50,000 with Company car or Car allowance Hours:
