The job will involve:
Providing support to customers with your exceptional customer service demonstrating knowledge of the building industry and its associated products. As the Sales Administrator, you will report to the Office manager and be responsible for the following: Point of contact for customers with enquirers about products, orders and deliveries.
Processing orders via email and phone
Checking data accuracy
Answering customer queries and enquirers
Good IT skills ( Word & Excel)
Occasional manual lifting required ( up to 20 Kilos)
