Permanent Clinical or Forensic Psychologist - Learning Disabilities required in Norfolk
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hrs p/w

Our client, one of the UK's largest independent mental health care providers, is looking for a HCPC registered Clinical or Forensic Psychologist to work within their adult male rehabilitation ward for service users who present with learning disabilities. The Norfolk hospital specialises in providing rehabilitation, treatment and specialist residential services for over 90 male and female adults with learning disabilities in a range of environments including low, medium secure and rehabilitation.
As a Clinical/Forensic Psychologist you will identify and deliver appropriate and relevant treatments and interventions within the given field of therapy, in order to promote and develop the mental, emotional, physical and social well-being of clients; liaising with family and carers. The service uses a range of approaches including CBT, CAT and Mindfulness, with emphasis on DBT.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- A keen interest in DBT (training will be provided if necessary)
- A Master's degree as a minimum
- Post-graduate qualification, with HCPC registration
- Previous working experience with learning disabilities
