Job Description:

Role Overview
  • An opportunity for development of an administrative career within a professional firm
  • To assist with providing administration to the Norwich Business department
  • To assist the local Professional Support team across all functions and departments to provide a high standard of professional administrative service for Price Bailey in line with the firm's strategies, policies and procedures
Principle Responsibilities:
  • To print, send and file accounts
  • To print, send and file tax returns online
  • To update workflows and trackers for accounts and tax returns
  • To draft routine correspondence
  • New client take on process including drafting of standard documents
  • ID checks
  • Company formations as requested
  • Client database maintenance and updates
  • To scan and hard copy file Permanent documents
  • To record and retrieve archive files
  • Expenses for Partners and Managers
  • Photocopying and binding
  • To assist in providing support to other departments and teams as required
  • To provide cover for Reception and hospitality as required
  • To assist with incoming and outgoing post as required
  • To assist with mailings as required
  • To assist other team member as and when required to help cover holiday/sickness absence and busy periods which may include the need to work from a different office
  • To work on ad hoc projects as directed
  • To undertake such other tasks as may be reasonably assigned from time to time
Person Specification: Work based Competencies
  • Min of 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English Language and Mathematics
  • Word, Powerpoint and Outlook to Advanced Level
  • DocsCorp/Adobe and Publisher to intermediate level desired
  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner
  • Good planning, organisational and time management skills
