Open Contact is an award-winning, family-run Contact Centre based on Surrey Street, near John Lewis. We manage incoming customer contacts for companies in the retail, tourism and hospitality sectors. More details:

  • Starting hourly rate of £8.54 plus paid holiday OR £1.03p/h holiday pay, totaling £9.57p/h
  • Achievable monthly bonuses and a pay rise when you pass probation
  • Customer service or contact centre experience is advantageous but not essential
  • The ideal candidate will be reliable, resilient and possess a genuine desire to help
  • Includes evening & weekend shifts
