Compass Associates are proud to be working with a well-known and leading provider of Residential and Supported Living for adults with; Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging Behaviour and Mental Health with a remit to recruit for a newly created Deputy Manager to assist in overseeing a highly complex Residential Service based within the Great Ellingham, Norfolk area.
This is certainly a highly complex service and the Deputy Manager will be join the this service within support capacity and strongly assist the Registered Manager with the day to day running of the home, which has seen it's share of staffing and quality related issues. You will be jointly responsible for overseeing and motivating the staff team to now deliver the highest quality care to adults with a diagnosis of; Learning Disabilities and Mental Health. (Therefore, experience in this area is ESSENTIAL). Excellent knowledge of operating within an adults Residential Service(s)
Ability to support, manage and develop staff through different strategies
Excellent knowledge of CQC
Self-motivated, driven and passionate individual
The Deputy Manager will play a crucial role in the joint day-day running of this complex provision and will certainly be looked at to provide some much needed additional support. This Deputy Manager will work alongside the Registered Manager and Senior Management Team and as they company look to get this service back on it's feet. This Residential Service supports those with; Learning Disabilities and Mental Health, and as the As the Deputy Manager, you will be required to focus on providing/maintaining the highest of quality standards in line with CQC.
This will run over a 2-part process which will initially begin with an interview with the Operations Manager. The second stage will then take place with the Operations Director. There is NO presentation or testing involved.
