This is an opportune time for a dynamic fee earner to join a specialist private client team located in the Diss area. Providing high quality advice to clients on a broad range of private client matters, the successful fee earner will be required to manage their own caseload and participate in networking and business development initiatives.
• Will drafting
• Probate matters
• Advising on inheritance and capital gains tax
• Court of Protection matters
• Elderly client matters
• LPA and EPAs
• Participating in business development and marketing initiatives
• Solicitors, legal executives or paralegals with a minimum of 2 years' PQE
• Technical proficiency in all aspects of private client is essential
• Possesses outstanding client care skills
• A strong communicator, able to explain matters in clear, accessible language
• Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Has an aptitude for business development and marketing
