Harvey Nash Healthcare is currently looking for an interim HR Business Partner to work for a successful Healthcare provider in the East of England.
Who you'll be…
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner with experience in managing change programs, employee relations, strong coaching ability, capability management, TUPE (in) and organisation development.
This requires someone to start in April who is also willing to travel to other locations in the area.
This role is key to delivering the organisations objectives through its people. The ability to partner with Directors of a specific business area to support the delivery of the organisation's people plans and strategy. Develop, implement and embed the HR Business Partnering Model in consultation with senior managers to ensure the model is understood and valued as a key enabler in meeting strategic aims. ABOUT
