Job Description:

Sales Administrator - Permanent - Urgent start required- £17,493.00

Hales group are looking for an experienced Sales administrator for a prestigious Client based in Newmarket. The role will be full time, 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.

Duties;

* Handling quotation and tender requests within the departments and external companies
* Produce and update client rates, as required
* Ensure that all paper copies of quotations are filled appropriately
* Making pro-active calls to clients to follow up quotations, campaigns or as required
* Support the preparation of weekly reports
* Adopt and deliver results based on the SOP's in place
* Raise and liaise immediately a New business quote in conjunction with the Account Managers so we provide the right level of customer experience and operate a same day quotation principal with focus of 'on boarding' the client at the highest profitable price but to close the sale
* Undertake lead generation and telemarketing calls when required
* Support the Customer Service Team with administrative duties as required
* Support the Customer Service Team with internal client queries and liaising with relevant departments as required
* Monitoring and updating databases
* Managing all aspects of allocated clients work, providing excellent attention to detail at all times
* Applying high quality written and verbal correspondence on all client matters
* Undertake appointment generation to Account Managers when required

Responsibilities:

* To support the Bid Team and Customer Service Team to achieve departmental targets and standards
* Deliver all quotes and tenders on time
* Produce high quality and technically accurate quotes and tenders
* Maintenance of databases
* Work with the Sales & Marketing and Account Management teams to ensure clients have a good positive customer experience
* Maintain confidentiality
* Comply with all the Health and Safety and ISO14001 requirements of your role, and perform any other reasonable duties as required.
