They have some exciting and ambitious growth plans in place and are now looking to recruit a Welding and Fabrication Manager.
In this role you will be required to lead the teams across the fabrication, paint shop, assembly, erection, packing and despatch. You will assist the company's growth by ensuring their products are made cost effectively and to market leading commercial quality standards to satisfy new and existing markets. You will be instrumental in the development and improve efficiencies of equipment, methods and lean practices.

* Lead teams across Fabrication, Paint Shop, Assembly, Erection, Packing and Despatch
* Develop Health & Safety
* Support all aspects of continuous improvements across the site
* Project Manage plant upgrade projects
* Negotiable salary + Bonus + Pension Scheme + Training + 23 days Holiday (rising to 25 days)
* Manager from a welding and fabrication background
* Must have some hands on engineering experience
* Must have experience of implementing and driving lean principles
* Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
