Job Description:

Stores Technician / Administrator, £18,000 - £20,000 per annum + Overtime available Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week Friendly but busy warehousing team on the outskirts of Thetford Main Duties:
  • To support the parts manager in the running of the parts and stores department; this is a hands-on role with an administrative side to it
  • Movement of parts, equipment and materials internally and externally
  • Fulfilling customer orders and maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Answer calls form customers and take orders for parts and material, logging the order and arranging delivery
  • Maintain purchasing records
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and couriers to ensure delivery of products
  • Respond to and deal with customer queries by email and on the phone
Essential Skills:
  • Experience within a stores or parts area
  • Sage experience would be an advantage
  • Access to own vehicle required due to location
