Job Title:             Administration Assistant

Job Type:            Full-time Permanent

Place of Work:     Norwich head office based

Salary:                  £15,500 to £16,500 p.a. depending on experience

About the Role
The purpose of this role is to:
  • Ensure the administration of ATHE centres is undertaken in line with ATHE policies and procedures;
  • Assist managers at ATHE with the delivery of their responsibilities and help ensure the smooth operation of the office.
‘Centre Support’ responsibilities include answering queries from our centres; helping schedule centre visits and checks; and processing reports and forms.
‘General Administration’ duties include communicating with our customers and associates via telephone and email; processing outgoing mail; and providing administrative support for colleagues.

Job Requirements:

Key Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have a good GCSE profile and be keen to develop themselves in their role.  Some experience of working in an office is desirable but not essential, and the post holder will have good organisational, communication and numerical skills.
Attention to detail is important and the post-holder will be both a team-player and be able to work independently to deliver tasks to time and high standards.
