Based in Raveningham, Norfolk, HAT is accredited by the National Archives and administers the largest archive of UK advertising in the world. A new, developing Business Plan and a raft of exciting projects mean this is a great time to be joining the operation.
 

As a professional archive and experts in archive brand management, HAT holds and manages materials for many UK brands, advertising agencies and professional institutions.
 

Formed in 1976 as an education-based charity, it has over 10 million items and 500,000 commercials in its growing collections. Current work includes projects with universities and NHS/Care Homes - as well as acting as a resource for TV production companies and researchers.
 

The successful applicant will have proven senior management experience and a good track record in leadership skills within the heritage and charity sector, plus commercial awareness and success in business management and funding development.
 

You will be accountable to the Board of Trustees for the charity’s performance and delivery of its strategic objectives, as reflected in its Annual Report and Business Plan.
 

This is a permanent and full-time position: (40 hours pw). Salary: £40,000 p.a. (possible pro rata 4-day week would be considered)

You will work to promote our social isolation and loneliness services in the North Norfolk and Breckland District areas. You will work closely with colleagues to develop, manage and deliver an effective communications programme, promoting the service and other support available to individuals, assist the recruitment of volunteers and help raise awareness of the issues and impacts of loneliness and isolation.

Our Social Isolation services operates under the branding of CAN Connect. Over the past two years CAN Connect has helped over 490 people with 93% seeing an improvement in their wellbeing. The service is evolving and expanding the areas it covers. At the same time loneliness and isolation is a significant and growing issue.

This is an exciting time to join our team.

Salary is (£ 23,662 pro rata) £11,831 per annum, 19 hours per week
